Carrio Cabling's Coil Cord Testing Process

1. Electronically test the cable at high voltage. |

2. Measure diameter and length. |
 |
3. Hang with a 2 lb. weight and measure length. |
 |
4. Hang with a 4 lb. weight and measure length. |
 |
5. Flex test - Run 10,800 cycles (450 cycles/hr x 24 hours) while electronically testing once per second. |

6. Measure diameter and length. |
|
7. Hang with a 2 lb. weight and measure length. |
|
8. Hang with a 4 lb. weight and measure length. |
|
9. Electronically test the cable again at high voltage. |
|
10. Hyper-extend and release. |
|
11. Measure diameter and length. |
